My recent stay at Banyan Tree Spa Sanctuary was simply unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail made me feel like royalty. The villa was beautifully maintained with a private pool, and the breakfast served was exquisite. The staff were attentive and resolved any issues swiftly, showing genuine care for our experience. However, I did notice a few minor maintenance concerns that could be improved for a place of this caliber.

I recently stayed at this resort and was quite disappointed given the high price. The location is scenic and well-kept, but there's no access to a beach, which is a major letdown for a beach resort. The staff was friendly and eager to help, but the overall experience felt impersonal and crowded. Dining options left much to be desired, with mediocre food and limited variety.
